Enrolment: How to Pay Your Fees

In Full

Course fees under £250 will need to be paid in full at the time of enrolment. Learners can pay for their fees by cash, debit or credit card and cheque.

Instalments

If your tuition fees are £250 or over you may pay for your fees by 3 instalments. The first instalment is payable at the time of enrolment with the remaining 2 payments dependent on the time you enrol at the college.

Your instalments can be paid by cash, debit card, credit card, cheque or direct debit arrangement.

To set up an instalment plan the College will require:

  • Proof of your identity; 1 of the following:
    • Passport
    • Birth certificate
    • Photo driving licence
  • Proof of your address; 1 of the following:
    • Utility bill (not older than 2 months)
    • Bank statement (not older than 2 months)
    • Current council tax bill
  • Proof of UK bank details. For direct debit arrangement the College also requires proof of bank account details:
    • Bank statement (not older than 2 months)
    • Debit card

You will be charged £20 (£250 charge for international students) to set up an instalment plan payable at the time of enrolment. There is no charge to set up a direct debit instalment plan.

Sponsors

Fees can be paid by a sponsor providing written confirmation is received and shown at the time of enrolment.

A sponsor can be for example an employer, managing agent or organisation. The letter will need to state that all associated fees for your course will be paid.

The College will invoice your sponsor in full for your fees. No instalment plan facility is available to sponsors.

Late Fees

A £30 late fee will be charged for any late payment. Failure to pay fees may also result in exclusion from class and legal action taken to recover debts.

Withdrawls

Please note, if for any reason you withdraw from your course you will still be responsible for paying all outstanding fees.
